My UNchallenge

Welcome to the UNchallenge! We’re hosting this virtual event during American Heart Month to help you start heart-healthy habits you’ll keep long after February.

Let’s face it, living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean giving up the things you love or making huge changes. You can be successful by making small improvements over time.

Ready to get started?

Check out this calendar filled with UNchallenges. Your UNchallenge is up to you. Complete as little or as much as you want!

Start off by tracking your blood pressure in the Hello Heart app, then complete as many or as few UNchallenges from our calendar during the month. At the end of the month, track your blood pressure again in the Hello Heart app to see if your blood pressure changed. Not eligible for Hello Heart? That’s ok, everyone can try the UNchallenge. You got this!
